LIFE IS GREAT!!!

1) i picked up hiphop, and loved it to the core

2) made a bunch of awesome frens in uni....

3) finally fulfilled my dream to do Geog in NUS......AWESOMENESS

4) Basketball is still in my life, and its damn up!! =)

5) living in Eusoff hall, and loving every single moment of it...

6) Lectures and tutorials made me see alot of issues from a different point of view...kinda different from how discussions are taking place in JC

7) still singing in EH Choir and A Capella

i'm sorry for those who were expecting me to update something for so long, but school life is really quite a handful right now, and not to mention the hall life and all so i guess i'll compensate wif an extra long post....

firstly, school started wif a bang.....i tot that i managed to...assimilate into the NUS lifestyle of mugging and mugging and studying my life away, but somehow it feels that i'm working hard and playing so damn hard as well...everyday is just lectures and tutorials and loking forward to go back to Hall and start hall activities....

sem1 took these subjects, and i kinda regretted taking them, ( ok la not all of them)...

1. GE1101e....(geog, so wad can i say =)))) )

2. PL1101e....( Psych..interesting but a hell lot of memory work...)

3. LAK1201...( Korean...stiu enjoying the classes and all...and thinking if i should continue taking korean for next sem...)

4. SC1101e ...( Soci....by far the best subj that i hav taken which allows a free rein to bomb literally anyth and everyth i nthe society...)

5. EL1101e ( FUCK THIS ENGLISH MODULE.)

ok so ppl have told me that i am fking crazy to be taking SC and PL tog...coz the readings and the facts are super crazy ...and i can understand the point at which they are coming from, but the thing is i kinda enjoyed studying abt soci and psych so ok la...hope the final exams dun screw up...

its a thing when u enjoy wad u do and another thing when u screw up u 50% paper which constitutes into ur CAP.

met alot of nice cute and pretty and handsome ppl in NUS and in Hall...and feels super blessed that i get to work wif some of them in my group projects and all...coz some of them are really bv v v v v v nice.....

HEY GUESS WAD....shanglong, whom i've never seen or interacted much since sec 3, is in my EL proj and things are going super fine......

Geog is v v fun, coz did my human geog proj wif he fan and adi...those 2 fkers make the proj and the thinking process worthwhile and enjoyable.....and not to mention we had alot of fun talking and dissing the STB's mediocre slogans....

i got to meet up again wif joyce...god noes ow long i haven't seen her since april and i miss her so.....BESTIES!!! lol....

hmmmm wad else,....ok la felt v v proud to wear the teeshirt wif the NUS logo printed on it.... i mean...i've been thinking day and night before on how i wanna start sch in the place where i once see myself as impossible to go to....and yups now i'm in it...so case closed. time to enjoy and party.....

OK on to Hall stuff....

met this v v interesting character called Paul Tersigni and a bunch of v v nice ppl like mehul mathusan andrew kiren david siow melvin thanu arvin sara vivian colin etc....i dun wanna mention all coz it'll take me ages and i nid to wring my brains dry to remember all the names... yups anyways...

am in the eusoff choir music comm....Bass SL (lol obvious enough, considering the eunice and erin are the student conductors....)

eusoff a capella and DP....

OMG i should say how much i enjoy doing DP.....Kelvin and weixin's dance is so hot.....and althou the core muscle training is abit of a killer but i managed to survive and all....and now i'm a dancer....best is weixin even was quite surprised by my dance coz given that i hav no prior dance background i can stiu hit the moves better than some other dancers....=D

Plus, to get complimented by her shoots me over the moon....pity she's so high up or else.....

Nicole's dance is way more lyrical and harder to learn..i prefer pure hiphop....but oh well sumth new so might as well try it......cant say i really hate dancing right now coz its really something that i look forward to every week....YEA!!! lol....

hmmm...block ppl are v v nice.....the only person tt i hate is the yellow bathrobe guy.....FK UR FAMILY!!!!

and...........of course when u are in uni, thank u RX for telling me to keep my eyes open and all....so yups, hope this time this new one i've found is worth my time....coz i noe the one i'm going for is quite hard to achieve....but apparently wif all the photos that i've seen and all the rumours i've heard its quite hard for me to stand out and reach towards her.....

2 weeks have passed since CNY, and 2 weeks since i ORded...

now blogging in the midst of "act busy" teachers in the staff room...LOL...
but definitely, at the school at i'm teaching now, its really a challenge for the teachers to bring across certain principles/lessons to the students.

all in all, a wonderful learning experience for me!! haha...the lesson with the sec 3 N(A) students was scary, while it went quite smoothly for the Sec 3 Express classes.....
Quite shocked at the vast differences between a Neighbourhood school and a SAP school, however its now up to me to uncover the hidden diamonds amidst the glass pieces.

havent been blogging for a while now coz was:-

1) not in the mood to blog coz office alot of things happened
2) problems keep coming up and all...

anyways it has been a hell of a month for Oct 09.

did alot of stupid things and things that i will remember for the rest of my life??

finally cleared up alot of things will val... so now am kinda.....happy and relieved that i'm fine and everyth is fine and up and rolling...
hope things can last this way at least till my understudy comes in...

den went and did LASIK surgery already. kinda not used to it in the first place coz aversion to bright lights.....ie bright lights are quite uncomfortable to look at....
plus not to mention the eyes dry out at quite a fast pace so have to eye drops my eyes regularly...=/
other that that having 6/6 vision is definitely a plus for me!! finally no more need for specs!!!
shiok sia...no nid contacts as well...GOOD LIFE AH!!!

He fan celebrated his 20th birthday just last week...plus yes i noe i owe serena her birthday present which i have already bought but haven't got the time to pass it to u yet......

just finished a major project by National Arts Council

Distant Worlds : Music from Final Fantasy is here in Singapore for 22 and 23 May 09!!!

ok la...was rehearsing since wednesday and thursday...den Friday was the actual concert......

sat had 2 shows...one in the afternoon and one at night........

imagine this:-

1) all the tickets are sold out on the day the ticket sales open....how cool is tt?!?!??!?!?!
2) Performing with a full Orchestra...doing high songs like One Winged Angel and Liberi Fatali.....
3)Seeing Nobuo Uematsu live in Singapore for 2 nights!!

OMG THIS IS SUPER SUPER SHIOKNESS TILL IT RESEMBLES A DREAM!!!!

just reached home after the concert....only one word to describe it: surreal....

okie.......NOPE MY BLOG IS NOT DEAD.....

is because i'm so shagged out everyday after i come back from camp tt i dun really bother to go online....

just plop down on my bed and sleep....

this week must hav been one of the most eventful weeks ard for mi la!!

first, i started work le....den alot of saikang just keeps coming and coming....
to top it all off...... i oso hav to start on one of the biggest projects tt PD clerks ever had to do..........
so.....kinda stressed coz it means t i'll be staying goddamn late into the night consolidating data and preparing meeting files and attending meetings with the top ppl in UC and all......

OMG........but look at it the bright side..... at least my boss she gave me the chance to do such things......coz she trusts mi lor.... ( i'm trying to be optimistic la )

and on thusday i was at simei ma......went to play bbal wif yantou and ck....den coz i was frigging early so went up to Banquet to eat.... was plannig to go for the nasi padang der de....den when i was lining up to pay for my food the auntie in front of me she suddened whipped out her banquet card and helped get a 10% discount.......okie......

she's quite nice la...i seriously did not expect tt singaporeans are so friendly to ppl they do not know....... so it took me quite by surprise...........

lastly, i VOW to start training up le........AIM FOR THE ADIDAS SUNDOWN MARATHON!!!!
lol.....and most importantly, i wanna complete it, be it walking the whole way or slow jog....

passed my final theory test....but kinda upset coz i was oping for sumth more challenging!! LOL THIS IS NOT BEING COMPLACENT! i suddenly hav an impulse to go on the radio and tune it to 88.3 FM...

OMG gone is the listening to same ld songs from my MP3 days....finding and repeating songs over and over and over again.......but now..............

finally got time to blog again....

this week seemed short but stiu fun!!! celebrated daph's birthday and kenneth and guys bought daphne a fishing game....tink its quite fun to see all the 20 plus yr old guys gathering around a toy that is suited for kids aged 3 and above...LOL!!.....

i'm really starting to love my vocation and posting at PAC.........cant wait to ORD....at the same time i dunno whether i'll cry or nt... coz its like a family there....=)
